Shipping/Return/Refund Policy:

We have an all sales final policy. If for some reason though you have issues please reach out to us and we can try to help you. 925-813-9485.

Orders in before 4:30pm pst will be shipped out same day. Orders placed between Sunday, 12pm pst through Tuesday will go out when we are back open on Wednesday.

Just a reminder that once the package is out of our hands and in a shipping carriers hands we cannot control anything. With USPS, claims cannot be started as "LOST" before 15 days from shipped date.

If you need overnight or 2nd day Air shipping please contact us and we can accommodate you by setting up the proper shipping. All others will be USPS Ground Advantage and can take 1-5 business days. Heavier packages are through UPS.
