The Football Jig is one of the most effective designs ever created for rock structure. Its oblong shape allows it to “walk” over and around rocks, clay, sandstone and other hard bottoms. The upright line tie allows it to pull the hook up, and hop over rocks while putting your trailer in a defensive posture. The 90° Owner Needlepoint hook and Medium-Stiffness Weedguard will help penetrate in deep water with lighter lines and the Hand-Tied skirt will not pull down, rotate or have strands pull out.
